// who's behind this
Launchy is a hosted tool built by Tomás Deluca (huevsite). The web app lives at launchy.huevsite.com. The Launchy Chrome extension reads from that same backend.
// what we collect
  • Email address — used as your account identifier and to send the magic-link sign-in.
  • Product entries you create — name, tagline, description, URL, optional logo URL, category, tags, pricing, twitter handle, GitHub URL, maker email, screenshots. You own this content and decide whether to enter it.
  • Launch tracking — for each platform, the status (pending/submitted/live/rejected), submitted_at timestamp, optional listing URL, and notes you add.
  • Session cookie — set by Better Auth on the launchy.huevsite.com domain. The Chrome extension reads this cookie via the chrome.cookies API and forwards it as a bearer token so you can use the extension without typing credentials.
// where it lives
  • Database — Neon Postgres (US East). Your products and launches are stored there, scoped to your user ID.
  • Email delivery — Resend sends the magic-link email. They store the email address and delivery metadata per their privacy policy.
  • Newsletter sync — when you sign up, your email is added to the huevsite newsletter on Beehiiv. You can unsubscribe at any time from any newsletter email.
  • Hosting — Vercel (edge / serverless).
// what the extension sends
The extension makes a single authenticated request to https://launchy.huevsite.com/api/extension/products to load your product list into the right-click menu. The clipboard write happens locally in your browser — nothing is sent anywhere when you copy a field.
// what we don't do
  • We don't sell your data.
  • We don't run ads or third-party trackers.
  • We don't read the contents of pages you visit. The extension only writes to your clipboard on user-initiated clicks.
  • We don't share your product information with any third party.
// deleting your data
Email huevsite.studio@gmail.com from the address tied to your account and we'll delete your user, products, launches, and session within 7 days. You can also remove the extension at any time from chrome://extensions — that revokes its access immediately.
